My comment has nothing to do with PRAISE AND BLAME, but with the fact that I have always appreciated Tom as the legend he is, but more so today (if at all possible). After seeing American Idol last night and hearing Joe Cocker, Chicago, Hall & Oates and The Bee Gees, who are all younger than Tom and do not tour half, if at all, the way Sir Tom does, I could not believe my ears. They were hardly able to get the words out when they sang, and if it wasn’t for the “young idols” accompanying them, you could tell they couldn’t carry the notes they once did. God Bless You Sir Tom!!! Whatever you are doing, please keep doing it.
