Sir Tom was released from hospital yesterday and is now in very good health. A very big Thank You to all for your concern, your messages and wishes have been very thoughtful.

I still remember as a girl of 13 in 1969 watching your TV show and going to school the next day to discuss everything you did on it with my school friends. All of us girls were in love with you. You are a great performer and singer.

Thanks for your concern but Sir Tom is fine and well. He will be over in the UK to perform at the Olympic Ball in a couple of weeks, so I’m sure you will see him in the press.

i am the daughter of Beatrice, i have always been a fan of yours and still am ,you where my idol in my youth days and still is ,you make me feel happy when i hear you sing.just one favour I would like to ask,my mother is an 81 year old women and she to is a fan of yours, old age has made her lose most of her eye sight and there is not much she can do .she passes most off her days listening to your dvd,s.we came to see you when you came to Malta we had front row tickets,all i can say is one dream has come true for us we wished the show did not have to end ,just hope you make to Malta again in the near future.well what would make my mother happy would be to recive a post card from you ,i now you have a lot of people who take care of your fans for you so please if it is possible,you will make an old woman happy,she has asked me to send her best wishes and a speedy recovery,this is her address

I flew from Scotland with friends to see you in Monaco. So disappointed concert was cancelled but glad to hear you are feeling better. It was very hot there at the weekend. Hope you can reschedule there next year! thats twice I have missed you there xx
I can’t tell you how glad I am that you are out of the hospital and in good health! I can’t imagine NOT having a Tom Jones to drool over in my life! I have had a deep appreciation and love of your gift since a friend bought me your 45rpm of ‘Green green grass of home’ in 1967, when I was 10 years old, and I have never stopped playing your wonderful music since them! Please take care of that precious voice, and thank you for keeping us stocked with new music! Your health does come first! You are truly a gift from God!

Glad to hear you have been released from the Hospital Sir Tom, get back to your normal self soon. Performing as hard as you do in the dead, hot summer heat, takes it’s toll. All the best to you and hope you include Ottawa, Canada next year, it’s been too long since you’ve last played here. Sorry you had to cancel some concerts, I know that must be an awful feeling. But your health is important, without that we have nothing.
