Well I don’t have the album yet, but I do like gospel music, I am used to hearing Blue Grass music which I love – people make fun of me. As you get older you start to think about things a little differently so I can identify with his wanting to make an album like this. Yes, I am going to order the album and I know I will love it. Beyond that, Tom is an artist, and being an accomplished artist, he probably wanted to expand his repertoire to something new, maybe something he always had a passion for. At his concerts, he sings a couple of beautiful gospel-like songs, I espcially love “Grandma’s Hands” and I cry every time he sings it. But then again, I am a die-hard Tom Jones fan who loves the man, and as the saying goes, “Love the Man – Love His Music. And when the hell is he bringing his gorgeous Welsh ass back to Atlantic City so I can hear him sing these songs in person???????
I don’t like this album at all. I wonder how many people have bought it and share my views. I like Tom especially as he comes from the same part of the country as me and we are roughly the same age but some people in my view don’t know when to retire.

I would run out the door to buy this. Unbelievable connection to voice and lyrics. This is absolutely my pick for album of the year in this genre.
