TOM JONES TO MAKE A VERY SPECIAL APPEARANCE AT THE ISLE OF WIGHT FESTIVAL 2011!!!

We are very proud to announce that Tom Jones will make a very special guest appearance at next year’s Isle of Wight Festival. With a career spanning decades, this is the chance to witness an unbelievable performance from one of the biggest names in music.
Tom Jones will bring his powerful vocals to the Isle of Wight Festival’s Big Top on Saturday 11th June. Festivalgoers will get the chance to see a show stopping performance and one thing’s for sure Tom Jones will keep the audience captivated from start to finish.
John Giddings, the Festival promoter, says “What can I say that hasn’t been said about this man and his voice? We are so proud that he has chosen to play our Festival next summer. It will be incredible…”
KINGS OF LEON, PULP, FOO FIGHTERS and KASABIAN will headline the main stage at Seaclose Park, for what will be one of the most incredible weekends of the summer and 2011 is an extra special year for the Isle of Wight Festival as it celebrates its 10th birthday.

I know that this may seem very presumptious but I am the organiser for the Bishop’s Waltham Village Show, which takes place on June 11th 2011 (Bishops waltham is about 10 miles from Southampton)and we would be greatly honoured if you could spare just 15 minutes, to make a small detour on your route to the IoW, to open our show.
Our show is organised by the local Rotary Club and we raise funds for many local charities, as well as for the eradication of Polio on a global scale.
